No Turbulators in your flame tube boiler yet? For reasonable low costs these Turbulators can raise the efficiency of your boiler with up to 3%! Turbulators are specially shaped metal strips in lots of sizes, pitches and materials and are mounted in the flame tubes of your boiler. They can be customized for almost every type of boiler or air heater.
By it's special shape the heat transfer from the fluegasses through the pipe to the other side is increased dramatically, which directly shows in the gas consumption of the boiler.
A fluegass temperature drop of 40 degrees Celcius is not uncommon after installing our Turbulators
