The Ecoster drain water disinfector is to be used to disinfect the drain water which comes back from the greenhouse for re-use. benefits come from the fact that the fertilizers remain in the disinfected water. Savings from up to 50% on fertilizers are no exception, depending on the drain percentage and the crop.
Disinfection takes place in a continues process based on the heating principle. The incoming water is heated in a few seconds and kept on the required temperature for the required time. 100% disinfection is guaranteed by an extended computer based temperature controlling system. After the disinfection process the water is cooled down in a short time and is stocked for re-use.
